Graphic Designer – Make Waves with Bristol Water 💧
Exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team based in Bristol Water. You’ll be in the office three days a week and will join us on a salary of c£35,000 plus benefits.
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll create impactful visuals across a wide range of formats and subjects — from engineering to education, from printed leaflets to social media campaigns. Working alongside our Content Marketing Manager and Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll help deliver high-quality, consistent design that reaches millions of customers across the South and South West.
Your work won’t just look good — it’ll help people understand where their water comes from and why saving it matters.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and producing creative assets for campaigns and communications
Ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs
Collaborating closely with marketing and content teams
Managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
Supporting the development of engaging, informative content
What you’ll bring
3–5 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role
Strong design skills across digital and print formats
Ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging way
Confidence managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset
Key qualifications
Essential:
Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
A strong portfolio showcasing your work
Excellent attention to detail and creativity
Desirable:
Experience with video, audio, or animation content
