Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Blagdon Depot (Bristol Water)
Salary: £26,914 per year

Bristol Water is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based out of our Blagdon Depot.

Key Details:

• Start time: 7:00am sharp (essential requirement)

• Full-time, permanent role

• Salary: £26,914 per annum

About the Role:

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of grounds maintenance activities across Bristol Water sites, helping to maintain safe, tidy, and well-presented environments.

Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming

• General site maintenance and upkeep

• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

• Operating and maintaining basic grounds maintenance equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability and commitment to start work at 7:00am each day

• A strong work ethic and reliability

• Basic experience in grounds maintenance (preferred but not essential)

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Full UK driving licence
